Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auction Finder ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Auction Finder provides nonprofit event research tools, including web-based search, lead generation, database access, and related analytics. Results are generated using automated research and may include publicly available information.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Wallet, Payments, and Billing

Auction Finder uses a prepaid wallet system. Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except where required by law. Research fees are charged per nonprofit processed, whether or not a qualifying lead is found. Lead fees are charged according to the tier and billability rules displayed in the product. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes
Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained from the Services without authorization
Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or compromise the platform
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial credits
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of the Services are owned by Auction Finder or its licensors. You may use results generated for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute the platform itself.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process data as described therein.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any results. Event information, contact details, and other data may be outdated or incorrect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auction Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account by contacting support@auctionintel.us. Unused wallet credits are non-refundable upon termination except where required by law.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
